The champion batsman is recuperating from a shoulder surgery that he underwent in London in late March and is at present training and practising at Chennai’s MRF Academy.
Tendulkar’s fitness test is to be held a day before the national selection committee meets here to name the Indian squad for the four-Test series in West Indies commnencing June two. "
