"The West Indies and India agreed Thursday to return international cricket to North America later this year, signing an agreement recently in Dubai in which both boards also pledged to assist each other's development.
The West Indies Cricket Board announced that the first major project between the two nations will be organizing a series of between three to five one-day internationals in the United States and Canada targeted for August and September."
