India Pakistan DLF Cricket Cup, Abu Dhabi
India Pakistan Abu Dhabi DLF ODI Cricket Tournament 2006:
"Pakistan have included uncapped spin bowler Abdul Rahman in a 14-man squad for two one-day matches against India in Abu Dhabi later this month. Slow left-armer Rahman was also chosen for a recent series in Sri Lanka but is still waiting to make his debut.
The games on April 18 and 19 are the first in a plan to take cricket to countries with large expatriate populations. And money from the first will be donated to the Kashmir earthquake relief appeal fund. “We will donate 75 per cent of the earnings of the first match for the Pakistani earthquake victims and 25 per cent will go to those affected by the quake in India,” said the Pakistan Cricket Board official, Mr Asad Mustafa."
